Practitioners of mindfulness learn how to interact with their thought-lives differently. How does our heightened awareness allow us to interrupt, disrupt, and heal our thought patterns? Hear from two Middleton-Cross Plains educators who have co-created a curriculum that guides students through awakening to their inner wisdom and pain, for the purpose of healing.
