As anchor institutions, Teri and Sarah will share programs and activities their health systems have been involved within their respective neighborhoods, how their involvement was initiated and how relationships have developed deeper understanding of overall needs. As a partner in the neighborhood schools, they will discuss efforts to connect the needs of the community with interventions designed for the students that are integrated with the great work already occurring, hoping to make an even greater impact for the students and their families.
