This presentation discusses how to use sports as a way to help high-risk youth who have been affected by trauma develop the social skills necessary for success.  The presentation also shows how activity centered learning environments can create a support system that allows those effected by trauma, learn how to navigate complex social structures, regulate emotions, and promote prosocial behavior that leads to community connection and greater success.
