KNOW YOUR IMPACT!  TODAY IS FULL OF POSSIBILITIES.  The 2019 Rebuilding for Learning Summit will feature a compelling meld of state and local speakers As in year’s past, breakfast and lunch will be provided. Join us starting at 7:30 for a light breakfast, coffee, and socializing. The welcome will begin at 8:00 am. Breakout sessions this year focus around the endless possibilities available in our community that make an impact in the lives of students and families in La Crosse.

The Parking Utility operates and maintains several public parking ramps and lots in downtown La Crosse. We welcome you to park FREE on weekends and weekday evenings within our downtown parking ramps. You must pre-pay and register your vehicle at the pay stations or using the PassportParking app at all times from 6AM through 6PM, Monday through Friday, or you will be subject to fines. You must pre-register to receive your three free hours during this time also (available only at pay stations). You may only take advantage of the three hours free, once per calendar day, or you will be subject to fines.

Parking Ramp/Street Instructions:

East Parking Ramp – noted as the La Crosse Center Ramp:
  • Pull into the South entrance off Jay Street
  • Find a parking spot that is not reserved & pull into it
  • REMEMBER your license plate number
  • Go to one of the kiosks – there is 5 of them – 4 of them are on the main level (1 at each corner) & the 5th is on the ramp side of our skywalk.
  • It will prompt you to put in your license plate
  • Estimate the time you will be parked in the ramp – ALWAYS go more time –
  • It will prompt payment
  • Failure to put in your plate through the kiosk will result in an automatic $20 parking fee
South Parking Ramp – noted as the Riverside Ramp (THIS IS A FREE PARKING RAMP):
  • Pull into the North entrance off Jay Street
Street Parking:
  • Around the La Crosse Center & downtown La Crosse – parking is 2 hours max – you would have to move your car to another street to gain an additional 2 hours of parking on the street
