Being raised on the streets of Washington, D.C., Coach has developed a passion for helping people discover their purpose and navigate change and is especially committed to seeing this happen for today’s younger generation. As a result of his experience and expertise in youth development, he copyrighted multiple social learning programs, designed for students with “untapped potential” otherwise known as students at-risk. Coach is committed to learning and has degrees in Counseling Psychology, Biblical Studies and Theology, and is a licensed Social Worker. His Masters’ work includes study in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Coach Rob lives in Rochester, Minnesota with his wife Gina, for 15 years and they have 9 children and five grandchildren. His favorite quote taken from Albert Einstein says: “Everyone’s a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” And as always Coach’s goal is to: “Educate the mind! Stir the heart! Motivate the will!”
