Dr. Michael Lichucki has served the School District of La Crosse for the past 5 years as the Director of Curriculum Instruction and Assessment for the School District of La Crosse. Prior to La Crosse, he has been an elementary teacher and principal, high school teacher, and holds six different educational certifications. One could say that Michael is a lifelong learner, his wife might say that he loves to spend money on education. Michael is excited to share the School District of La Crosse Equity Scorecard and how data can transform process and access to improve student outcomes.
